• All other applicable laws of the Republic of India.

2.2 Restrictions

You shall not, without the prior written consent of Mojoh Kitchen:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any Content from this Website;
• Use any Content for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from this Website using automated tools;
• Frame or mirror any part of this Website on any other website;

Orders placed via WhatsApp are handled directly by Mojoh Kitchen, subject to availability, operating hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM), and our then-current menu. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and its Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any representation or warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
